Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Aug. 29 to Sept. 4, police performed 121 security checks, 25 citizen assists, three assists of other agencies, 20 follow-ups to incidents, 15 vehicle registration and five traffic stops; responded to 48 calls for service and reported nine EMS calls, 10 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls and no fire calls. No detox or mental health transports were reported.
● Vandalism was reported at 7:32 p.m. Aug. 29 in the 100 block of East 3rd Avenue. Officers were unable to locate vandals.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 11:14 p.m. Aug. 31 in the 1400 block of 21st Street.
● A dog at large was reported at 5:14 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 1300 block of 14th Street. A verbal warning was issued.
On Sept. 2:
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:09 a.m. in the 700 block of 21st Street. It was found to be two people eating and talking.
● A Brodhead woman, 34, was cited for driving after suspension at 7:56 a.m. in the 1200 block of 25th Street.
● A gas drive-off was reported at 10:24 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The driver came back to pay.
● A Brodhead man, 28, was arrested on a warrant issued by Monroe Police Department at 3:06 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.
● A Brodhead woman, 42, was cited for theft at 6:16 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Sept. 3:
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:19 a.m. in the 200 block of 17th Street. It was found to be an employee’s vehicle.
● Trespassing was reported at 4:53 p.m. in the 1700 block of 14th Street. A warning was issued.
● Disorderly conduct involving an obscene gesture was reported at 5:16 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A runaway was reported at 8:19 p.m. in the 100 block of 10th Street. The juvenile returned home.
● An animal problem was reported at 11:19 p.m. in the 700 block of West 2nd Avenue.
On Sept. 4:
● A North Little, Arkansas woman, 50, was cited for failure to have passenger fasten seatbelt at 5:59 p.m. in the 300 block of 1st Street.
● A Monroe man, 17, was cited for driving without a valid license at 7:40 p.m. in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.
● An animal problem was reported at 9:03 p.m. in the 500 block of 12th Street.

MONTICELLO — On Aug. 28:
● An animal complaint was reported at 9:32 a.m. in the 500 block of North Monroe Street. This remains under investigation.
● Motor vehicle disorderly conduct was reported at 8:07 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street. Video surveillance is being reviewed. This remains under investigation.
On Aug. 29:
● A scratched vehicle was reported at 11 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. A non-reportable crash report was completed.
● Officers responded to assist with locating an adult female who was reported missing from rural New Glarus at 1:21 p.m. at the Sugar River Bicycle Trail.
● A suspicious person was reported at 3:21 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street. The person in question left prior to police arrival.
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:03 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 100 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle left prior to police arrival.
● A necklace and pendant were found at 9:18 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 100 block of North Monroe Street. They were turned into the police department.
On Sept. 2:
● Officers responded for a vehicle unlock at 10:23 a.m. in the 700 block of East Lake Avenue.
● Dwayne T. Klitzke, Monticello, was cited for regulation on length of grass at 11:20 a.m. in the 200 block of South Madison Street.
● Officers were contacted by Monroe Clinic in reference to a check welfare at 1:34 p.m. The citizen resided outside village limits so appropriate agency was contacted.
● A parking complaint was reported at 1:53 p.m. in the 600 block of East Lake Avenue. The vehicle was moved.
● Officers, Monticello Fire First Response and Green County EMS responded at 1:58 p.m. for a medical call in Monticello.
● A parking complaint was reported at 2:12 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. The vehicle was moved.
● A possible trespassing violation was reported at 2:39 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street.
● Nicholas J. Bansley, Monroe, was cited for illegal window tinting at 4:12 p.m. on Wis. 69 and West Coates Avenue.
● Officers responded for a citizen assist at 4:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Sunset Avenue.
● Officers, Monticello Fire First Response and Green County EMS responded at 5:38 p.m. for a medical call in Monticello.

● Cain A. Acheson, Deerfield, was cited for failure to fasten seatbelt at 6:13 p.m. on East Coates Avenue and Aeberhard Drive.

● Suspicious activity involving a male running through yards was reported at 11:54 p.m. in the 300 block of South Main Street. This remains under investigation.

● Dogs running at large was reported at 5:07 p.m. on West Coates Avenue and North Monroe Street. Police were unable to locate dogs.
● Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:10 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street.
● Officers assisted Green County Sheriff’s Office at 12:43 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 1000 block of 1st Street in New Glarus.
On Sept. 7:
● Officers conducted traffic control for Monticello Fire First Response at 6:47 a.m. on North Main Street and East Coates Avenue.
● Officers responded for a citizen assist at 11:46 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street.
● An attempted break-in was reported at 12:19 p.m. at a residence in the 400 block of East Coates Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● Officers responded to check welfare at 9:43 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street. The person in question was not located.
On Sept. 8:
● Nicole I. Burns, Albany, was cited for driving while suspended at 5:36 p.m. on East Lake Avenue and Adams Road.
● A suspicious person was reported at 6:25 p.m. in the 300 block of South Main Street. This remains under investigation.
● A traffic hazard involving a large piece of metal on the roadway was reported at 7:31 p.m. on Wis. 69 and West Coates Avenue. The metal was removed.
On Sept. 9:
● Officers located an illegally parked car at 2:28 a.m. in the 300 block of South Garfield Street.
● A non-reportable traffic crash was reported at 7:27 a.m. in the 300 block of South Main Street.
On Sept. 10:
● Suspicious activity involving a person harassing customers at a garage sale was reported at 1:28 p.m. in the 400 block of Summit Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● A female attempting to purchase alcohol after being banned was reported at 8:03 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. This remains under investigation.
Monroe Police
MONROE — Devon L. Seitz, 29, Brodhead, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:41 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 1700 block of 16th Street. He was also cited for failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released to a responsible party.
On Sept. 4:
● Daniel A. Kubly, 40, Monticello, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:31 a.m. in the 1300 block of 19th Street. He was released to a responsible party.
● Misael Olmos Garcia, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court at 2:14 p.m. in the 2700 block of Wis. 69. He was jailed.
● William R. Ellison, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation at 4:16 p.m. in the 700 block of 8th Street. He was jailed.
● Hunter S. Santoro, 18, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 6:09 p.m. Sept. 5 at a residence in the 2500 block of 10th Street. He was released.
On Sept. 9:
● Erin K. Tollefson, 51, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 10:34 a.m. in the 1800 block of 12th Street. She was released.
● Donald J. Stenberg, 51, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by Beloit Police Department for a prior battery case at 1:28 p.m. in the 1300 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Adrian I. Ugalde Chapman, 27, Monroe, was cited for possession of THC, drug paraphernalia and speeding at 5:19 a.m. Sept. 2 in the W3600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester.
● Bill E. Skyrock, 70, Van Buren, Arkansas, was arrested on a warrant issued by Crawford County, Arkansas for failure to appear in court on drug charges at 1:42 p.m. Sept. 3 at a residence in the 400 block of East Dale Street, Town of Cadiz. He was jailed pending extradition to Arkansas.
● Green County Deputies assisted Lafayette County with an incident at 4:59 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 18000 block of Wis. 78 in Lafayette County. Brandy R. Payne Armendarez, 44, Argyle, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court. She was jailed.
On Sept. 6:
● A traffic complaint involving an erratic driver was reported at 12:36 p.m. in the W1800 block of Wis. 59, Town of Albany. Deputies located the vehicle in the W1900 block of Wis. 59. The driver was identified as Christopher A. Humphrey, 35, Browntown. He was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating under the influence and bail jumping. He was also cited for driving while suspended and improper parking on the roadway. He was jailed.
● An 18-year-old woman, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 3:45 p.m. in the W7400 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz. A passenger, Zacheary S. Maaske, 18, McConnell, Illinois, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON — Laura L. Gundlach, 53, Shullsburg, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia and illegally obtaining prescription at 6:24 p.m. Sept. 2 in Shullsburg. She also had a warrant for her arrest. She was jailed.
● Anthony A. Dinunzio, 25, Erie, Pennsylvania; Nicholas W. Burks, 25, Erie, Pennsylvania and Cristian M. Galvan, 25, Trail Creek, Indiana, were cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and nitrous oxide at 1:52 a.m. Sept. 3 on Hill Street.
● Carlos Villalta-Renderos, 29, Belmont, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 3:38 a.m. Sept. 4 on Ohio Street. He was also cited for driving without a valid license.
On Sept. 6:
● Jordan A. Bates, 19, Rewey, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 8:27 p.m. on Wis. 23.
● Marcus J. Parrish, 18, Rewey, was arrested on a warrant issued through Iowa County at 9:18 p.m. on Wis. 23.
On Sept. 7:
● Amy Simon, 52, Deerfield, Illinois, was cited for speeding in a construction zone at 3:30 p.m. on Main Street. She was also warned for violating a red light and driving with an expired license.
● June Thompson, 56, Darlington, was cited for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 9:20 a.m. on Sunset Terrace.
