● Kathleen A. Hammer, 59, Cuba City, was cited for no proof of vehicle insurance at 2:48 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of New Diggings.

● Julius R. Schaeffer, 34, Lancaster, was arrested on charges of domestic disorderly conduct, false imprisonment and a probation violation at 2 a.m. on West Mound View Avenue in Belmont. He was jailed.
