Monroe Police

MONROE — Nathaniel E. Parkin, 19, Monroe, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 900 block of 12th Avenue on warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department for failure to appear in court for a burglary and bail jumping case. He was jailed. 

On Oct. 18:

●  Adam E. Broge, 36, South Wayne, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and cited for operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration after an officer on patrol found a vehicle parked after-hours in Honey Creek Park. Broge was released to a responsible person pending court.

●  Nikolina J. Heimann, 45, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 3:43 a.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Street in Monroe. She was also cited for operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and for an improper stop at stop sign. She was released to a responsible person pending court.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Ascencion Santos Rivera, 33, Janesville, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 4:52 p.m. Oct. 12 in the N2700 block of County S, Town of Sylvester.

●  Underage drinking was reported at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 17 in the N7200 block of County X, Town of Brooklyn. Deputies issued citations for underage drinking to Rylee Hubbard, 19, and Bailey Legler, 19, both of Belleville; Lauren Raskovic, 20, New Glarus; and Katelyn Thompson, 20, Monticello.
