● Eowyn Brewer, 45, Albany, was cited Oct. 3 for allowing a horse to run at large after the animal got out and went onto another property.

DARLINGTON — Michael R. Tuttle, 39, Polo, Illinois, was arrested for a probation violation at 7:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, following an incident at a local motel. He was also cited for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
● Michael R. Frechette, 18, Darlington, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while under the influence (marijuana) at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, following a traffic stop on Main Street at Minerva Street. He was also arrested on a charge of possessing THC and cited for possessing drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the jail and later released to a responsible party.

MONROE — Zachery T. Hennessy, 18, Monroe, was taken into custody on a probation hold after officers responded to a disturbance in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street at 6:36 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16. He was transported to the jail and turned over to jail staff without incident.
