Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Brian R. Neuenschwander, 67, Browntown, was cited for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a CDL on Oct. 24 in the W5700 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. His semi was placed out of service.
On Oct. 25:
● A disabled vehicle was reported at 3:23 a.m. in the N6900 block of Wis. 69, Town of Washington. Investigation revealed Michael W. Moser, 65, Monticello, pulled over due to a blown tire and then fell asleep. He was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence. He was jailed.
● Lisa M. Valentin, 47, Monroe, was arrested on a probation hold issued by Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 3:42 p.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. She was jailed.
On Oct. 26:
● Logan A. Lewis, 24, Pearl City, Illinois, was cited for possession of THC at 4:33 a.m. in the W3400 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester.
● Victor Mendoza-Caballero, 29, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a valid license, second offense within three years, speeding and no vehicle insurance at 3:51 p.m. in the W600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove.
● Kelsey M. Gruter, 32, Belleville, was cited for driving while revoked and no proof of vehicle insurance at 6:57 p.m. in the N7500 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus.
● Pamela J. Soddy, 55, Browntown, and Kathy A. Devoe, 62, Monroe, were cited for disorderly conduct at 3:10 p.m. Oct. 28 in the 100 block of South Main Street in Browntown.
● Dennis L. Holverson, 58, Browntown, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 6:59 p.m. Oct. 30 at a business in the N8500 block of Klitzke Road, Town of New Glarus. He was released.
● A juvenile runaway, Caleb J. Mcintosh, 17, was located at 6:31 p.m. in Monroe. He was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping from a prior case. He was jailed.
● Mathew D. Turczyn, 22, Rockford, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 4 in the N6000 block of Wis. 104, Town of Albany. He was also cited for speeding. He was released to a responsible party. A passenger, Hannah P. Hathaway, 20, Machesney Park, was cited for possession of THC, less than 25 grams.

MONROE — Benjamin M. Chicker, 31, Monticello, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Oct. 23 in the 700 block of 11th Street as a result of a traffic offense. He was also cited for driving without a valid license. He was released to a responsible party.
● Matthew J. Murray, 39, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 8:24 p.m. Oct. 26 at a residence in the 500 block of 26th Street. He was jailed.
● Kaylin M. Eminger, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:32 a.m. Oct. 31 on 10th Avenue and 21st Street. She was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, open intoxicants in vehicle and failure to stop at stop sign. She was released to a responsible party.

● A scam was reported at 7:40 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy assisted Darlington police at 9:27 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington.
On Oct. 27:
● Disorderly conduct was reported at 12:27 a.m. on Oak Street in Blanchardville.
● Jeffrey A. Kintzle, 45, Epworth, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 4:07 a.m. on County W, Town of New Diggings.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:43 a.m. on Lancaster Road, Town of Lamont.
● An animal problem was reported at 6:52 a.m. on County Z, Town of Darlington.
● A disabled vehicle was reported at 8:03 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.
● Deputies responded to check welfare at 9:43 a.m. on County G, Town of Blanchard, at 2:36 p.m. on Alma Street in Benton, at 2:57 p.m. on South Galena Street in South Wayne, and at 4:28 p.m. and 8:11 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 10:31 a.m. on Stonewood Lane, Town of Darlington and at 3:18 p.m. on Spore Road, Town of Argyle.
● A deputy assisted Belmont police with a utility problem at 11:01 p.m. on Market Street in Belmont.
