Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Michelle R. Zoller, 41, South Wayne, was arrested for bail jumping after deputies responded at 6:43 p.m. May 20 to the 100 block of East Old Highway Road in Bowntown for a welfare check on an impaired person. Zoller is under bond conditions not to drink or be in bars or liquor stores. She was jailed pending court.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On May 16:

●  Several UTVs being recklessly driven were reported at 1:26 p.m. on County O, Town of Kendall.

●  A deputy responded for a citizen’s assist at 3:52 p.m. on County I, Town of Benton.

●  Deputies stopped several UTVs for speeding at 5:08 p.m. on County W, Town of White Oak Springs. As a result, Brad L. Pfile, 62, Todd R. Stephenson, 48, Thomas S. Parkos, 55, Dillian S. Boeke, 26, and Stacey L. Kleckler, 43, all of Freeport, were cited for speeding.

●  Jason A. Fike, 46, Waterloo, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 6:46 p.m. on County W, Town of White Oak Springs.

●  Deputies responded to check welfare at 7:05 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road, Town of Belmont. As a result, Matthew J. Richardson, 34, Platteville, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was booked at the jail, then released on a cash bond. He was also cited for no vehicle insurance, driving with a suspended license and allowing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. In addition, Ashley M. Cartmill-Kotz, 27, Platteville, was cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

●  Deputies responded to check welfare after a caller reporting hearing shots fired and a woman screaming at 8:03 p.m. on High Street, Town of New Diggings. It turned out to be someone responsibly shooting at a target in the area. Shullsburg police and Darlington police assisted on scene.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 10:51 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

On May 17:

●  Michael P. Parrott, 40, Gratiot, was cited for disorderly conduct after a deputy responded at 12:33 a.m. to a report that Parrott was causing problems at a bar on Main Street in Gratiot. Parrott was told to leave and refused. He was removed by bar staff, claimed to be assaulted, then became disorderly while the deputy took him home. He then called 911 repeatedly screaming and cursing at dispatchers.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:16 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

●  A deputy responded to keep the peace at 11:01 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

●  Tara J. Goodrich, 19, Darlington, was cited for no vehicle insurance at 11:01 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 11:42 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 1:08 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.

●  A stop sign that had been pulled out of the ground was reported at 2:31 p.m. on Sawmill Road, Town of Argyle. Green County also reportedly had many signs down.

On May 18:

●  An injured deer was reported at 8:32 a.m. on County DD, Town of Wayne.

●  Deputies responded at 11 a.m. to check welfare on County XX, Town of Belmont. Wisconsin State Patrol assisted on scene.

●  A deputy assisted Shullsburg police with a juvenile problem at 6:05 p.m. on West Church Street in Shullsburg.

●  Michela M. Kastner, 21, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 10:32 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

On May 19:

●  An unlocked door was reported at 2:21 a.m. on Ames Road, Town of Darlington.

●  Theft was reported at 10:37 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne. About $25-30 worth of gas had been siphoned from two vehicles.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 11:02 a.m. on Wiegel Court Lane, Town of Darlington.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 4:26 p.m. on County F, Town of Fayette.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 5:43 p.m. on County E, Town of Darlington. The caller reported a man in his 20s was in her yard and told her he thought the house was abandoned and he was looking for asparagus. She told him he wasn’t allowed on her property. He left.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 7:15 p.m. on County O, Town of Seymour.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:40 p.m. on County O, Town of Kendall.

On May 20:

●  A deputy responded at 9:21 a.m. to Main Street in Darlington to assist Darlington police with a commercial alarm.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 11:42 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

●  Deputies responded at 4:52 p.m. to County I, Town of Shullsburg.

●  A deputy responded at 7 p.m. to South McKnight Street in South Wayne.

●  An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 8:41 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.
