Monroe Police

●  Kortney E. Pippenger, 26, Monroe, was arrested for operating while under the influence of intoxicants at 1:21 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 1600 block of Wis. 69. She was also cited for speeding. She was released to a responsible party. 

On Feb. 28: 

●  Ethan D. Studer, 25, Monroe, was arrested for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia at 12:14 a.m. on 13th Avenue and 19th Street. He was cited for improper stop at stop sign. He was jailed. Probation and Parole placed a hold on him for violating his conditions. 

●  Marcus B. Wenger, 19, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 7:17 p.m. in the 1700 block of Wis. 69. He was also cited for operating while suspended. He was released to a responsible party.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Feb. 26: 

● Benito Aguilar Paredes, 29, Brodhead, was cited for operating without a valid license at 2:08 a.m. in the W1100 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove. 

● Nicholas A. Paschal, 27, Monroe, was cited for operating without a valid license, speeding, no vehicle insurance, displaying unauthorized registration and non-registration of auto at 5:03 a.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. 

● Derek J. Holden, 36, Belleville, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed. 

● Jacalyn L. Bartosik, 60, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol at 4:50 p.m. in the W8900 block of Wis. 81, Town of Jordan. She was also cited for speeding. She was released pending court. 

● Eric C. Wade, 31, Belleville, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. in the N9300 block of Wis. 92, Town of Exeter on a warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed. 

● Vincent T. Mendoza, 29, Monroe, was cited for speeding, operating without valid license and possession of THC at 1:56 p.m. Feb. 27 in the N4900 block of County J, Town of Washington. 

●  Robert L. Fisher, 39, Argyle, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 28 in the W9400 block of Trotter Road, Town of Jordan. He was released after posting bond. 

Monticello Police 

MONTICELLO —  On Feb. 20: 

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 1:16 p.m. in the 500 block of Wisconsin Avenue. This remains under investigation. 

●  Police assisted Green County EMS and Monticello Fire First Response for a residential medical emergency at 1:54 p.m. within the village. 

●  Police found some articles of women’s clothing laying in the street at 10:18 p.m. in the 500 block of North Monroe Street. Items were placed in the police lost and found. 

On Feb. 21: 

●  Police assisted with traffic control at 12:15 a.m. on North Main Street and West Coates Avenue. 

●  Police issued 14 parking citations at 6 a.m. for violations of the village’s winter parking ordinance.
