ALBANY — Kody R. Spohn, 21, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license Monday, June 17.
● Alexis P. Oller, 22, Orfordville, was cited for driving without a valid license Tuesday, June 18.
● Stephen D. Detra, 45, Albany, was cited for public nuisance affecting health Friday, June 21, related to weeds and garbage outside his residence.
On Saturday, June 22:
● Richard W. Schultz, 32, Janesville, was cited for operating while intoxicated (first offense), operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to notify DMV of an address change.
● Jackson R. Kuha, 19, Evansville was cited for underage drinking.
● Brandon S. Eckes, 24, Fond du Lac, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.
● Justin G. Scott, 28, Monroe, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
On Sunday, June 23:
● Christine D. Cornwell, 50, Albany, was cited for driving without a valid license.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of June 16-22, police performed 44 security checks, 38 citizen assists, 14 assists of other agencies, 10 vehicle registrations and nine follow-ups to incidents; responded to 24 calls for service, 11 EMS calls, three fire calls and 10 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made four traffic stops. No mental health or detox transports were reported.
On Sunday, June 16:
● An Orfordville man, 62, was cited for speeding at 2:54 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
● A Greenfield woman, 27, was cited for outside consumption of alcohol at 3:06 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● A Janesville woman, 35, was cited for speeding at 6:31 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
● A La Crosse woman, 19, was cited for speeding, underage drinking and having open intoxicants in a vehicle as a driver at 7:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of 4th Street.
On Monday, June 17:
● A dog bite was reported at 2:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. The matter was referred to the Green County Health Department.
● A subject causing a verbal altercation was reported at 4:10 p.m. in the 1600 block of East 8th Avenue.
On Tuesday, June 18:
● An open burning violation was reported at 9:53 a.m. in the 100 block of Juniper Avenue. Police issued a warning.
● A traffic complaint of skateboarders asking vehicle owners if they could hang onto the back of their vehicle was reported at 2:28 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police issued warnings.
● A vehicle in violation of the city’s 48-hour parking ordinance was reported at 6:13 p.m. in the 900 block of 4th Street. Police issued a citation.
● Dogs in a city park were reported at 6:46 p.m. in the N100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police issued warnings.
● Skateboarders trespassing on private property were reported at 7:34 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police issued warnings.
On Thursday, June 20:
● An unregistered vehicle in violation of the city’s Junk Vehicle ordinance was reported at 8:39 a.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. Police issued a warning.
● An attempt to pass counterfeit money was reported at 11:54 a.m. in the 800 block of East Exchange Street.
● A dog at large was reported at 12:35 p.m. in the 300 block of 8th Street. Police issued a warning.
● A traffic complaint of a small child not properly restrained in a vehicle was reported at 4:24 p.m. in the 700 block of 21st Street. Police issued a warning.
On Friday, June 21:
● A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:04 a.m. in the 1600 block of East 4th Avenue. Police located the vehicle and warned the occupants for curfew violations.
● Missing prescription medication was reported at 10:52 a.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street.
● A Janesville man, 36, was cited for an expired vehicle registration at 11:17 a.m. in the 300 block of 1st Street.
● A possible restraining order violation was reported at 7:22 p.m. in the 600 block of 10th Street.
On Saturday, June 22:
● Subjects climbing a fire escape were reported at 1:24 p.m. in the 1100 block of West 2nd Avenue. Police issued warnings.
● Police responded to check welfare at 6:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. Police made contact with the subject, and the person was united with a family member.
● A person living in a tent was reported at 6:14 p.m. in the 500 block of 11th Street. Police issued a warning.
● A speeding vehicle was reported at 6:33 p.m. in the 200 block of 8th Street. Police did not locate the vehicle.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Bryan S. Buri, 58, Browntown, was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the W6100 block of Franklin Road, Town of Clarno, at 7:37 p.m. Sunday, June 23. He was jailed pending court or bond.
● Nestor G. Garcia-Francisco, 34, Monroe, was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a reported battery in the N4100 block of Decatur Sylvester Road, Town of Sylvester, at 9:25 a.m. Monday, June 24. Garcia-Francisco was jailed pending bond or court.
● Halee M. McNett, 27, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation hold after deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, June 25.
● Nicolette D. Kinepoway, 32, Casco, was arrested at the Green County Justice Center on a Green County warrant issued through Green County. She was jailed, then released after her bond amount was posted.

DARLINGTON — Jerret L. Gerber, 49, Dodgeville, was cited for disorderly conduct Tuesday, June 25, following an investigation into an altercation that took place at a residence on East Harriet Street at 2:29 a.m. June 8.
● Micah T. D. Scheider, 23, Freeport, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, following a complaint on Washington Street.
● Santos Murillo-Salgado, 41, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license and no vehicle insurance at about 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 21, following a traffic complaint on Wis. 81.
● Michael R. Frechette, 18, Darlington, was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant at about 5:25 a.m. Saturday, June 22, following police contact on Keep Street. He posted bond and was released pending court.
● Gavin R. Burdick, 21, Hollandale, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at about 2 a.m. Saturday, June 22, following a traffic stop on Fayette Road.
● Esteban Duran-Duran, 64, Darlington, was stopped for driving with a revoked license at 3:40 p.m. Monday, June 24, following a traffic complaint in the 200 block of Wells Street. The matter has been referred to the Lafayette County District Attorney.

● A complaint of disorderly conduct was reported at 12:09 p.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.
● An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 12:26 p.m. on County F, Town of Blanchard.
● Bailey W. Schilling, 17, Darlington, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign after a deputy responded at 4:38 p.m. to a complaint of an erratic driver on County F, Town of Willow Springs. Darlington police assisted on scene.
● Erica S. Webster, 43, Kenosha, was cited for driving at an unsafe and imprudent speed at 5:58 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.
● Jeremy J. Nieland, 39, Guttenberg, Iowa, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 6:51 p.m. on County W, Town of Benton.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:52 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
● Shawn D. Langfield, 36, Scales Mound, Illinois, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 7:12 p.m. on County W, Town of White Oak Springs.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:50 p.m. on Truman Road, Town of Elk Grove.
● Timothy A. Fitzsimons, 29, Cuba City, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant and a Lafayette County warrant at 11:30 p.m. and transported to the jail, where he remained in custody.
