Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Jessica Custer, 42, Pinellas Park, Florida, was cited for speeding on Wis. 23 on Wednesday, July 17.

●  Weston H. Ritchie, 23, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated on an ATV/UTV at 1:43 a.m. Saturday, July 20, following a traffic stop on Center Hill Road. Ritchie was also cited for operating after-hours on an ATV/UTV access route.

●  Tanner M. Jelle, 19, Belleville, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday, July 21, following a traffic stop on Ann Street. Jelle was also cited for driving with a suspended license, underage drinking and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

●  Amos J. Breen, 36, Darlington, was arrested for a probation violation at about 12:55 a.m. Monday, July 22, after police responded to a report of an intoxicated male passed out in a yard on East Harriet Street. A Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputy assisted. Breen was jailed.

●  Chad A. Johnson, 37, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, following a domestic disturbance at a Darlington business. A Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputy assisted by responding at 1 p.m. to a location on Ravine Street. Johnson was taken to the jail and later released on a cash bond.

●  Dulce V. Ramirez-Dolores, 33, Darlington, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct at 3:51 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, following a complaint at an East Louisa Street residence. Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene at 2:20 a.m. to assist police.


Monroe Police 

MONROE — On Saturday, July 20:

●  Robert L. Wedig, 54, Monroe, was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping at 12:34 a.m., following an investigation into an intoxicated person in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. Wedig was found to have been drinking, in violation of bond conditions that he not consume alcohol. He was jailed pending court.

●  Thomas C. Ekena, 50, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping at 6:03 p.m., following a report of a person trespassing at a business in the 1700 block of 6th Avenue. Ekena was found to be have been drinking, in violation of bond conditions that he not consume alcohol. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections also issued an arrest warrant for Ekena for a violation of his probation rules. He was jailed pending court.

On Sunday, July 21:

●  Robert L. Johnson, 49, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:03 a.m., following a check on an intoxicated person in the 900 block of 25th Avenue. Johnson was booked, then released to a responsible person pending court.

●  Dennis E. Beutel, 48, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation at 1:39 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street. He was jailed pending court.

●  Jaron D. Neuenschwander-Luebke, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of felony bail jumping at 1:42 a.m., after an officer observed a person acting suspiciously near a business in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Neuenschwander-Luebke was found to have been drinking, in violation of bond conditions that he not consume alcohol. He was jailed pending court.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Adam J. Bryant, 29, Cassville, was arrested on a Walworth County warrant after deputies stopped him for speeding in the W7900 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz, at 4:12 p.m. Monday, July 22. He was jailed pending transport to Walworth County.

●  Cory W. Wettstein, 24, Janesville, was arrested on a Rock County warrant after deputies stopped him for speeding at 5:19 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, in the W2500 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson. He was transported to the Green County Sheriff’s Office and released after bond was posted.

DARLINGTON — On Wednesday, July 17:

●  Oscar T. Ortiz, 18, Shullsburg, was cited for an expired vehicle registration and no vehicle insurance at 7:21 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.

●  An animal problem was reported at 9:54 p.m. on Red Rock Road, Town of Darlington. Green County EMS of Darlington assisted on scene.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 12:12 a.m. on South Main Street in Blanchardville.
