Monroe Police
● Adam J. Dundee, 38, Brodhead, was arrested on a fourth-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:47 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 1600 block of 14th Avenue. He was also cited for driving after revocation. He was jailed.
● Scott W. Bartosik, 62, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, battery, strangulation and false imprisonment at 12:48 a.m. Feb. 7 at a residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street. He was subsequently arrested on a warrant and hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a violation of probation terms. He was jailed.

● A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 7:55 a.m. on County Shop Road, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy responded to check welfare at 6:28 p.m. on Prairie Road, Town of Kendall.
On Jan. 28:
● Leane E. Richardson, 25, South Wayne, reported hitting a deer at 3:46 a.m. on County M, Town of Argyle. The 2013 Ford sustained moderate damage.
● No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 4:01 p.m. on Cisserville Road, Town of Wiota. Garrett C. Leonhard, 22, Monroe, was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle exiting the roadway and entering the ditch. His 2017 Toyota sustained moderate damage. The accident remains under investigation.
● Timothy A. Haffele, 63, Gratiot, reported hitting a deer at 6:54 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. His 2009 Ford sustained minor damage.
● James A. Rogers, 58, Freeport, reported hitting a deer at 11:48 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton. His 2000 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage. It was towed.

● Dale A. Cwynar, 58, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 12:37 a.m. on County G, Town of Argyle. His 2015 Ford sustained functional damage.
● Elisa M. Milas, 38, Stoughton, reported hitting a deer at 6:46 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. Her 2007 Honda sustained moderate damage.
● Jeri L. Hauser, 59, Blanchardville, reported hitting a deer at 6:39 a.m. Jan. 30 on County F, Town of Blanchard. The 2010 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage.
● Tyler J. Sheffield, 21, Delavan, reported hitting a deer at 6:21 p.m. Jan. 31 on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. His 2002 Chevrolet sustained severe damage. It was towed.
