Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On July 29:

•A dog running at-large was reported at 9:04 a.m. on Lincicum Road.

•Gabriel Z. Garity, 40, Mount Horeb, was arrested on a valid probation and parole violation at 11:21 a.m. on County F in Willow Springs Township. Garity was transported to the Lafayette County Jail.

•Calvin R. Boatman, 19, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 11:40 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

•A deputy responded for a noise complaint at 1:47 p.m. on South Lake Road in Argyle Township.

•Brian G. Dempsey, 46, Wayne, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 4:14 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Abby D. Mendlik, 27, Chicago, was cited for speeding at 4:40 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Douglas D. Meyes, 56, Sac City, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 5:06 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Klinton L. Bauer, 25, Lamar, Colorado, was cited for speeding at 5:29 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Joseph L. Wesley, 24, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 6:52 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Melissa S. Wolters, 49, Rockton, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 7:07 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•A locked vehicle was reported at 9:22 p.m. on School Street in Blanchardville.

•Livestock were reported in the roadway at 9:46 p.m. on County G in Kendall Township.

•John R. Hanley, 20, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 10:18 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

On July 30:

•Danny O. Hampton, 29, Chicago, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 1:12 a.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•Deputies responded to an alarm at 1:46 a.m. on Pecatonica Road in Wiota Township.

•Kevin M. White, 34, Gratiot, was cited for operating while intoxicated, operating without a valid driver’s license, no insurance and open intoxicants at 2:14 a.m. on Riverside Road in Gratiot Township. White was also arrested on valid warrants out of Minnesota. White was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was book and posted bond.

•A welfare check was requested at 8:55 a.m. on Galena Street in Argyle.

•Traffic control was requested at 9:55 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.

•A noise complaint was reported at 1:55 p.m. on County XX in Belmont Township.

•A deputy responded to a civil dispute at 3:33 p.m. on Wayne Center Road in Wayne Township.

•Livestock in the roadway was reported at 7:34 p.m. on County F in Blanchard Township.

On July 31:

•An animal problem was reported at 7:38 a.m. on County F in Kendall Township.

•A deputy responded to a citizen assit at 12:18 p.m. on West Mound Road in Belmont Township.

•A deputy responded to a disabled vehicle at 12:20 p.m. on County U in Seymour Township.

•A traffic complaint was reported at 3:39 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

•A deputy responded to a report of trespassing at 4:37 p.m. on River Road in Argyle Township.

•A deputy responded to a report of trespassing at 5:21 p.m. on West Liberty Street in Belmont. Benton Police assisted.

•A noise complaint was reported at 8:58 p.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.

•Andy J. Bass, and Marissa L. Heim, 22, both of Benton, were arrested for disorderly conduct at 9:04 p.m. on Galena Street in Benton. Both were brought to the Lafayette County Jail, booked and later posted bond.

•Livestock on the roadway was reported at 9:16 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road in Belmont Township. Belmont Police assisted.

On August 1: 

•Nicholas J. Ludwig, 19, Shullsburg, was cited for no proof of insurance, non-registration of vehicle, operating without a valid driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:41 a.m. on County U in White Oak Springs Township.

•Craig R. Philleo, 32, South Milwaukee, was cited for no insurance and speeding at 8:25 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.

•A deputy responded for a vehicle unlock at 4:08 p.m. on East Wisconsin Avenue in Belmont.

•Jeffrey R. Seiver, 62, Freeport, was cited for speeding at 6:49 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•A deputy responded to a 911 misdial at 8:17 p.m. on Burr Oak Road in Kendall Township.

•A deputy encountered a disabled vehicle at 8:34 p.m. on Wis. 78 in Wiota Township.

•An injured animal was reported at 9:15 p.m. on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove Township.

On August 2:

•A hit-and-run accident was reported at 5:45 a.m. on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.

•A deputy responded to suspicious activity at 10:43 a.m. on Coulthard Lane in Elk Grove Township. Cuba City Police assisted.

•Brooke P. Nolte, 30, Benton was arrested for a valif Lafayette County warrant at 3:19 p.m. during a traffic stop on Wis. 11. Nolte was transported to the Lafayette County Jail. Darlington Police assisted.

•Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:31 p.m. on Dobbs West Road in Lamont Township.

•A deputy responded to a one-vehicle accident at 7:38 p.m. on County N in Argyle Township.

•A deputy responded for an alarm at 7:47 p.m. on Wells Street in Darlington.

•A deputy responded for a 911 misdial at 9:13 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Darlington township.

•Livestock on the roadway was reported at 9:25 p.m. on County G in Kendall Township.

•Livestock on the roadway was reported at 10:36 p.m. on County O in Seymour Township.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Aug. 2:

•Genny Pellegrino, 35, Durand, Illinois, was arrested for theft from an elder at risk (felony), identity theft (felony), and unlawful use of a credit card at approximately 2:30 p.m. after an investigation by Green County Detectives. Pellegrino was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.

On Aug. 3:

Shane D. Thrun, 25, was arrested on a probation violation through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections following a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at a business at 12:54 a.m. in the N4300 block of Wis. 104 in the Town of Decatur.


Albany Police

ALBANY — On Aug. 4:

•Dillin J. Thompson, 25, Janesville, cited for operating after suspension.

On Aug. 5:

•Timothy J.F. Rylatt, 23, Machesney Park, Illinois, cited for trespassing.

•Alaina J. Hanson, 22, Janesville, cited for trespassing.

•A juvenile from Fort Atkinson was cited for trespassing.


Monroe Police

MONROE — On Aug. 3:

•Lonnie D. Severson, 50, Monroe, was arrested folling a domestic disturbance where a door was damaged in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Severson was cited with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to propety under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence Laws and was jailed in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
