• James Melton, 54, Darlington, was cited for having junk on his property at 6 a.m. on Wells Street.

• Billy L. Phelps, 42, Darlington, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt at 6:56 p.m. on Galena Street.
On Aug. 18:
• Rosanne Losoya, 31, Darlington, was cited for operating after suspension at 6 p.m. on Main Street.
• Tariq T. Leuchtenmacher, 19, Darlington, was arrested for violating the absolute sobriety law at 11:34 p.m. on East Street. Leuchtenmacher was also cited for operating with a suspended vehicle registration, underage drinking 3rd offense, and operating after suspension.
• Mariah J. Hustad, 20, Darlington, was cited for underage drinking 2nd offense at 11:34 p.m. on East Street.

• An animal problem was reported at 7:32 a.m. on South Mount Avenue in Belmont.
• A disabled vehicle was reported at 9:53 a.m. on Wis. 78 in Gratiot.
• An animal problem was reported at 10:49 a.m. on Sheffer Lane in New Diggings Township.
• A deputy responded to assist with traffic control at 11:36 a.m. on County G in Belmont.

• Julie M. Loftin, 43, Darlington, was arrested on a probation and parole violation at 7:02 p.m. on Catherine Street in Darlington. Loftin was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where she remains in custody.
• A deputy responded to a citizen’s assist at 7:27 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.
• Theft was reported at 7:39 p.m. on County F in Seymour Township.
• Jeronimo Alvarado-Chacon, 33, Kaukauna, was cited for operating without a valid driver’s license and speeding at 7:51 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
• Lisa M. Malone, 37, Belmont, was cited for no proof of insurance at 8:26 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington.
• A deputy responded to a 911 misdial at 9:33 p.m. on stump grove road in Shullsburg.
• An ordinance violation was reported at 11:33 p.m. on West Grave Street in South Wayne.
• A deputy responded to a welfare check at 11:57 p.m. on Hickory Drive Road in Belmont Township. Belmont police assisted.

• Anton TG. Wallace, 19, Mineral Point, was cited for speeding at 12:40 a.m. on County G in Belmont Township.
• Suspicious activity was reported at 1:09 a.m. on County G in Belmont Township.
• A deputy assisted Belmont Police at 9:13 a.m. on Wood Street in Belmont.
• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 9:15 a.m. on County N in Wiota.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 3:01 p.m. on Wis. 151 in Kendall Township.
• A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 9:11 p.m. on Furnace Hill Road in Willow Springs Township.
• Lauren M. Schultz, 18, South Wayne, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — On Aug. 21:
• Gloria L. McNett, 33, Monroe, was cited for operating while revoked at 9:16 p.m. in the N7000 block of Wis. 69 in Washington. McNett was released pending a court appearance.
On Aug. 22:
• Curtis J. Gerber, 34, Browntown, was arrested for a failure to pay fine warrant through the Beloit Police Department at 4:37 p.m. in th 300 block of South Church Street in Browntown, Town of Cadiz. Gerber posted bond and was released.
Monroe Police
MONROE — On Aug. 22:
• Thomas C. Ekena, 49, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for failing to appear in court on a previous domestic incident at 8:39 p.m. in the 500 block of 8th Street. Ekena was confined to the Green County Jail.
• Timothy Q. Warren, 24, Steven’s Point, was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:02 p.m. in the 2600 block of Wis. 69.
• A disturbance in the street was reported at 10:52 p.m. on the 1600 block of 14th street. A 17-year-old Monroe man was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was booked and released with a court date.
