ALBANY — On Monday, April 8:
● Maggie E. Garthwaite, 20, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license.
● Jeremy R. Gomoll, 37, Belleville, was cited for driving with a revoked license.
● Brandy A. Busjahn, 36, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license.
On Sunday, April 14:
● Rutilio Valdiva Viera, 27, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance.
● Matthew L. Wyss, 43, Janesville, was cited for driving with a suspended registration and no vehicle insurance.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of April 7-13, police performed 28 security checks, 45 citizen assists, eight assists of other agencies, 20 vehicle registrations and 10 follow-ups to incidents; responded to 13 calls for service, 10 EMS calls, four fire calls and 10 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made 12 traffic stops. There were no detox or mental health transports.
On Sunday, April 7:
● Vandalism involving damage to a vehicle was reported at 4:26 p.m. in the 600 block of East 9th Avenue.
● Harassment was reported at 5:57 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.
On Monday, April 8:
● A Brodhead woman, 64, was cited for allowing truancy after police responded to a complaint of truancy at 8:36 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
On Tuesday, April 9:
● Warnings for truancy were issued after police responded to complaints of truancy at 10:51 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
● Fraud was reported at 9:34 p.m. in the 600 block of East 7th Avenue. The subject had sent money to an unknown individual.
On Wednesday, April 10:
● Possible “skimmers” on gas pumps were reported at 7:43 a.m. at a gas station in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police made contact with management and learned that all machines had been checked and no “skimmers” were located.
On Thursday, April 11:
● A Brodhead woman, 52, was cited for speeding at 3:46 p.m. in the 400 block of East 9th Street.
● A semi parked off the truck route was reported at 7:09 p.m. in the 2100 block of West 9th Avenue. Police issued a warning.
On Friday, April 12:
● A Brodhead man, 24, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery after police responded to a domestic problem at 3:33 a.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street.
● A citation for truancy was issued after police responded for a reported truancy issue at 9:37 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
On Saturday, April 13:
● A Brodhead man, 33, was cited for speeding at 10:23 a.m. in the N3700 block of County E.
● Disorderly conduct was reported at 1:01 p.m. in the 500 block of West 2nd Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A South Beloit, Illinois woman, 31, was cited for speeding at 10:57 p.m. in the 800 block of 1st Center Avenue.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON — Chris J. Byl, 61, Darlington, was cited for disorderly conduct on April 10 following an investigation into an altercation that occurred at a local tavern on Main Street at about 6:30 p.m. March 23.

MONROE — Samantha J. Goodman, 18, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of operating while under the influence of an intoxicant or controlled substance in the 1900 block of 9th Street at 1:05 a.m. Friday, April 12. She was also charged with possession of cocaine. She was released to a responsible party pending court.

MONROE — On Saturday, April 13:
● Samual J. Rolfer, 28, Madison, was cited for speeding, driving with a revoked license and displaying false vehicle registration plates at 2:42 a.m. in the N9500 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus.
● Jason M. Reamer, 32, Juda, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs at 4:23 a.m. in the W5000 block of Middle Juda Road, Town of Clarno. He was also cited for operating left of center. He was released pending court.
On Sunday, April 14:
● Ronald W. Martz, 53, Monticello, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after deputies located a single-vehicle crash at 1:27 a.m. near the intersection of Wis. 69 and 30th Street in Monroe. Martz had collided with a street light. No injuries were reported. He was also cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and released to a responsible party pending court. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. The Monroe Police Department handled the crash investigation.

● A deputy responded to check welfare at 2:52 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington. Darlington police assisted on scene.
● A 911 misdial was reported at 7:04 a.m. on Water Street in Benton.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 2:22 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road, Town of Belmont.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 2:52 p.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 3:27 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.
● A deputy assisted Darlington police with a traffic stop at 7:23 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.
