On May 18

● At approximately 5:43 p.m. Officers investigated black tire marks from burnouts, in the 200 block of N. Main Street. After completion of the investigation, Craig L. Slotten, 34, of Monticello was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. 

● At approximately 5:44 p.m. Officers investigated black tire marks from burnouts, in the 200 block of N. Main Street. After completion of the investigation, Kody R. Spohn, 26, of Brodhead was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. 

On May 21:

● At approximately 8:25 p.m., Officers received a report from the Green County Sheriff’s Office of a tree down on a wire in the 100 block of E. Lake Avenue. Monticello Fire Department and Alliant Energy were contacted. The area was barricaded until the tree branch could be removed from the wires.
