● At approximately 5:12 a.m., Officers received a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of W. North Avenue. The investigation is ongoing.

● At approximately 9:05 a.m., Officers received a complaint of suspicious activity in the 500 block of S. Lincoln Street. Officers identified the offender and spoke with them.
