On May 11:

● At 12:51 a.m., officers arrested Timothy R. Ritter,  35, of Monroe, at a residence in the 600 block of 16th Avenue after officers were called to a report of a domestic disturbance. Ritter was charged with disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Ritter was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
