On April 30: 

● At 7:49 p.m., officers were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 2500 block of 5th Avenue. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Darwin Manuel Martinez Padilla, 29, of Monroe, on two (2) counts of disorderly conduct, a charge of battery and a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, all under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Martinez Padilla was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On May 4: 

● At 4:21 a.m., officers arrested Luis D. Vargas Miranda, 30, of Monroe, in the 100 block of 14th Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. Vargas Miranda was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.          ● At 7:36 p.m., officers were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 4th Avenue. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Richard A. Macaulay, 41, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Macaulay was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. 

● At 10:17 p.m., officers arrested Jose O. Quiros Torres, 35, of Freeport, IL, in the 700 block of 8th Avenue, on a charge of disorderly conduct following an investigation into a disturbance in the 100 block of 14th Avenue earlier in the day. Quiros Torres was also taken into custody on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation violation. Quiros Torres was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
