● 11:54 a.m., officers arrested Dennis E. Beutel, 52, Monroe, following a complaint about a person violating bail conditions in the 1400 block of 22nd Avenue. Beutel was charged with seven counts of bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from prior cases prohibiting contact with a designated person. Beutel was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
