● 7:01 a.m. A deputy responded to Yellowstone Church RD, Blanchard Township for keep the peace.

● 5:34 p.m. Blanchardville Fire and EMS responded to CTH H, Blanchard Township for a one vehicle rollover. Gavyn M Loomis, 18, Blanchardville was traveling eastbound on CTH H in a 2014 Ford when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the ditch, struck a fence and overturned. Loomis denied EMS and his vehicle was towed from the scene with severe damage.

On May 19

● 9:39 a.m. A deputy responded to Yellowstone Church RD, Blanchard Township for a theft.

● 10:28 a.m. A deputy responded to W Mound View AV in the Village of Belmont for a minor two vehicle accident.

● 10:41 a.m. A deputy responded to Mitchell Hollow RD, Belmont Township for criminal damage.

● 12:01 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH D, Wayne Township for suspicious activity.

● 7:21 p.m. A deputy responded to Cub Hollow RD, Monticello Township for a theft.

● 7:28 p.m. Darlington Fire and Lafayette County EMS responded to CTH F, Fayette Township for an ATV accident. WI DNR is handling the crash investigation.

● 7:36 p.m. South Wayne Fire and First and Green County EMS responded to CTH D, Wayne Township for an ATV accident. Josue Salazar, 32, Belvidere, IL was traveling eastbound on the Cheese County Trail on a 2005 Arctic Cat ATV when he lost control and went into the ditch. Salazar was transported with minor injuries and the ATV was driven from the scene with minor damage.

May 20:

● 4:52 a.m. David J Ernst, 58, Cuba City reported striking cattle on CTH X, Elk Grove Township. No injuries were reported. Ernst’s 2019 Mitsubishi received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
