● At 3:36 p.m., Deputies while in the 100 block of W. Main Street, Village of Albany, arrested Justin Young, 37, of Monroe, on an active warrant through DOC. Young was arrested for the DOC warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegally possessing medication. He was jailed pending court. The Albany Police assisted with the incident.
