On April 12:
● At 1:35 a.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding in the W6600 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in a passenger of the vehicle, Kadedra D. Bohannon, 30, of Zion, IL, being cited for Possession of Marijuana. The driver, Lorenzo Johnson, 35, of Zion, IL, was also cited for Speeding and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Suspended. Bohannon and Johnson were later released pending court.
On April 15:
● At 11:14 a.m., Deputies responded to a UTV crash at 101 Old Highway Rd, in the Village of Browntown. The investigation revealed the crash happened in the W8100 block of the Tri County Trail, in the Town of Cadiz. A UTV operated by Dennis M Obrien, 78, Waterford, WI was westbound on the trail when he lost control of the UTV and struck a tree. Dennis reported a possible injury, was not wearing a helmet, but was wearing a seatbelt. The UTV sustained disabling damage and was removed by another party.
On April 19:
● At 8:41 a.m., Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of South Church Street, in the Town of Cadiz. Investigation resulted in Matthew A. Fisher, 43, of Browntown, being arrested for Bail Jumping and disorderly conduct. Fisher was incarcerated pending the posting of bond or an initial court appearance.
On April 25:
● At 1:15 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the N2400 block of CTH S, in the Town of Jefferson. The investigation resulted in the driver, Matthew W. Condon, 56, of Juda, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and cited for Possession of THC. Condon was later released pending court.
● At 11:08 p.m., Deputies responded to the W8800 block of Smock Valley Rd., in the Town of Jordan, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Cortnee R. Martinez, 39, of Browntown, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Battery (domestic abuse related). Martinez was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On April 26:
● At 2:09 p.m., Deputies, along with Green County EMS, Monroe Police Department, and Monroe Rural FD responded to the N2100 block of CTH K, in the Town of Clarno, for a reported two vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found a vehicle operated by Nancy L. Brown, 70, of Monroe, had turned westbound onto CTH K when she was struck by another westbound vehicle driven by Bridgett A. Straight, 35, of Orangeville. Brown and Straight both advised they were uninjured and wearing their seatbelts. A passenger of Straight’s vehicle was later transported to the hospital with apparent non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicle’s sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and were towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Brown being cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Stop Sign and Operating Without a Valid License.
● At 2:23 p.m., Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Spring St., in the Town of Jefferson, for a reported motorcycle vs. truck crash with no injuries. The investigation found that a motorcycle operated by Heath J. Siegenthaler, 43, of Juda was turning northbound onto Spring St., when he lost traction and collided with a legally parked truck. Siegenthaler advised he was not injured and not wearing a helmet. The motorcycle sustained functional damage. The truck was not occupied, sustained functional damage, and was driven from the scene. The investigation resulted in Siegenthaler being cited for Operate Motorcycle without a License, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure of Occupant to Report Accident.
● At 10:08 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a UTV for operating in the W7000 block of STH 11, in the Town of Clarno. The investigation resulted in the driver, Timothy J. Brindley, 38, of Hollandale, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Brindley was additionally cited for Operating a UTV on a Highway and Operating a UTV with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Brindley was later released pending court.
● At 11:45 p.m., Deputies responded to the N6500 block of CTH E, in the Town of Albany, for a single vehicle crash with suspected injuries. Following an investigation, it was found that Shane K. Pulvermacher, 45, of Albany, was traveling northbound when he swerved to avoid a deer in the road. Pulvermacher then traveled into the east ditch, where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest. Pulvermacher reported that he was wearing his seatbelt and responded to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The vehicle involved sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Pulvermacher being cited for Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of an Accident and Failure to Keep Vehicle under Control. Hunter D. Olson, 23, of New Glarus, was also cited for Assisting Person Fleeing an Accident Scene. Both parties were later released pending court.
On April 27:
● At 10:44 p.m., Deputies responded to the W5600 block of Fairview Rd., in the Town of Washington, for a single vehicle crash with unknown injuries. The investigation found that Haylee J. Holcomb, 17, of Monticello, was traveling eastbound when she failed to negotiate a right curve and traveled off the roadway. Holcomb then overcorrected, lost control of the vehicle, and later entered the north ditch where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest. Holcomb advised she was wearing her seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Holcomb being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Holcomb was later released pending court.
