MONROE — A fire in plant-drying equipment outside Pursuit Processing, 1000 30th St., was reported at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2. Hemp plants started on fire inside the steel drying equipment, and the fire started to spread into the ductwork of the facility. Firefighters remained on scene about an hour and a half. No one was injured. Damage was minimal.
● A carbon monoxide detector going off was reported at a residence on 18th Street Court at about 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3. The cause appeared to be a boiler malfunction. No injuries were reported.

● South Wayne First Response and Green County EMS responded at 4:53 a.m. to Meier Road, Town of Wayne.
On Wednesday, Oct. 30:
● Green County EMS of Darlington and Gratiot First Response responded at 8:53 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot. A deputy assisted on scene. Darlington police assisted with traffic control.
● Blanchardville EMS responded at 8:58 a.m. to Maple Street in Blanchardville. Blanchardville police assisted on scene.
