MONROE — Deputies and the Albany Fire Department responded for a vehicle fire at 12:11 p.m. June 11 in the N5800 block of Tin Can Road, Town of Albany. Nolan M. Kicmol, 21, Albany, was pulling a trailered vehicle when his truck’s engine RPM’s began to accelerate. He parked the truck and it became ingulfed in flames on the roadway. Nolan and his passenger, Darren J. Lange, 22, Albany, evacuated the vehicle without injury. The truck sustained disabling damage. It was removed by a private party.
