MONROE — On July 5:

●  Green County EMS was dispatched at 1:13 a.m. for a man who fell while walking in the 1100 block of 9th Street and hit his head on a rock and piece of wood. The wood was stuck in his head. He was transported.

●  Green County EMS was dispatched at 6:35 a.m. for a woman found unconscious in the outdoor sand volleyball court area of a bar in the 1300 block of 17th Street. She had apparently let herself into the fenced-in area and then suffered a medical issue. She was transported.

●  Green County EMS was dispatched at 8 p.m. for a woman found pulseless and not breathing at a hotel in the 500 block of 6th Street. She was revived and transported to the ER.

DARLINGTON — On June 29:

●  Belmont EMS responded at 11:09 a.m. to Highland Street in Belmont. Belmont police assisted.

●  Green County EMS of Darlington responded at 6:25 p.m. to Ohio Street in Darlington. Darlington police assisted.

On June 30:

●  South Wayne First Response responded at 11:13 a.m. to Wayne Center Road, Town of Wayne.

●  Belmont EMS responded at 8:44 p.m. to Fox Ridge Road in Platteville.
