Green County Misdemeanors

●  Timothy L. Owens, 41, Greenway, Arkansas, was sentenced Sept. 30 to 36 days in jail after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor counts of failure to pay child support in 2015 and 2016.

●  Andrew Adam Mudgett, 33, Monroe, was sentenced Oct. 3 to one year on probation after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed but “read in.” Conditions of his probation include alcohol or other drug abuse (AODA) counseling. The case stems from a domestic abuse incident at a residence in the 1900 block of 11th Street in the early morning hours of June 2.

●  Andrea Kay Anderson, 38, Monticello, was fined and ordered to pay restitution Oct. 8 after pleading no contest to retail theft, stemming from a Jan. 16 theft from the Monroe Farm and Fleet. She is paying $1,971.58 on a payment plan.
