DARLINGTON - The Lafayette County Land Conservation tree orders are due by Friday, Dec. 14. Payment will be made at the time of the tree dispersal in late April.

Tree order forms are available at the LCD office, 1900 Ervin Johnson Drive, and on the county website at www.co.lafayette.wi.gov. Orders may be placed by mail, by calling (608) 776-3836, faxing (608) 776-2170, or emailing lafayettelcd@yahoo.com.

The LCD is working with Argyle Land Ethic Academy. ALEA has its own greenhouse, and has grown plants from county-native species. Individual plants will be available for purchase at the April LCD tree dispersal, or collections can be pre-ordered through ALEA in February or March.
