MONROE - The Natural Resources Conservation Service will be accepting applications for soil conservation and water quality practices until Friday, March 15.
Examples of soil conservation and water quality practices offered include: diversions, grass waterways, stream crossings, streambank protection, barnyard runoff control systems, tree planting and brush management.
Practices approved for the Natural Resources Conservation Service are paid on a flat rate.
