MONROE - Monroe's spring two-day citywide garage sales will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 12 and 13. They will include all of Monroe and will be held regardless of weather. To register to participate, complete a registration form and submit it with the $10 registration fee to the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 1505 9th St., Monroe.
