• In open session, discussed and voted 2-1 to recommend to License Committee and Common Council to approve an agreement with Woodford State Bank to "package" building real estate, restaurant equipment property and a Class B liquor and fermented malt beverage license from Allman Properties, LLC and Barrett's Brick Cafe, LLC, and to grant to Woodford State Bank the "Class B" license that is being voluntarily surrendered by Barrett's Brick Cafe, LLC. Mike Boyce voted against, and Mike Doyle and Steve Bechtolt voted in favor.
