MONROE - In a meeting Tuesday, the City of Monroe Finance & Taxation Committee:
• Discussed a request from RMP Properties Inc. for a 12-month extension to pay a guarantee payment to the city required under terms of the Northpass planned unit development (PUD) agreement. The committee passed unanimously a motion to have the property assessed and placed on the tax rolls instead.
