MONROE - In a meeting Tuesday, the City of Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee:

• Reviewed and recommended to council to approve Park and Recreation and Senior Center fees for 2010.

• Provided a TIF training session for members of the council, presented by Ryan Wilson, a member of Monroe Main Street.
