• Discussed keeping the airport office open and available at night. Methods of allowing entrance to the office after hours by pilots and passengers were discussed, as was vandalism possibilities. Based on the number of recent requests and the potential added upkeep, no action was taken.

• Heard from Mayor Ron Marsh on possible ways of marketing the airport. Fly-ins, public viewing, increasing crop dusting possibilities, the new fueling system, available hangar sites and tie down areas and flight schools were mentioned. Marketing could be done through e-mails, the City's Web site, flyers and brochures. The ideas will be discussed again at next month's meeting. In the interim, Airport Manager Kelly Finkenbinder will begin to expand the information on the City's Web site and follow up with advertising in newspapers and other publications.

• Established annual base rent at $360 (10 cents per square foot) for Touch & Go Aviation for the period April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2013, for a continuing lease agreement with Rob Driver. All other terms and conditions of the original commercial activity lease agreement shall remain the same.
