BRODHEAD - The City of Brodhead recently launched a new website, designed for more user-friendly and easier navigation. The site also offers information about city services, permitting, upcoming events and other resources.
The project is collaboration between the city departments, the Chamber of Commerce and BID Board. Agendas, minutes and other related information for upcoming meetings of the city council and city committees will be posted on the site. Local residents can also pay water and light bills, sewer bills and citations through the site's one-click, online bill pay.
"The site will evolve over the next few weeks as our partners continue to add information," said Nikki Busch, project coordinator and Brodhead Library director. "We expect the site to showcase our community to visitors and to provide residents a new way to interact with the City."
To view the updated website, visit www.cityofbrodheadwi.us. Portions of the site are still under construction. More information is available by contacting Busch at 608-897-4070 or Clerk/Treasurer Roseann Meixelsperger at cityclerk@cityofbrodheadwi.us.
The website project has led to the formation of the City of Brodhead Technology Committee.
