MONROE - Two area food purveyors will be among the specialty vendors featured at the third annual Taste of Wisconsin July 29-31 in Kenosha.
Boomerang Bakery will feature its signature Limburger rolls; Limburger sandwiches on pumpernickel bread; Swiss cheese sandwiches; and Australian Lamingtons, a white cake coated in chocolate and rolled in coconut.
Decatur Dairy will also be at the festival, selling block cheese and fresh cheese curds.
The Taste of Wisconsin is a free, outdoor festival celebrating the best of Wisconsin flavors, with 50 food and beverage vendors, continuous live music on three stages, demonstrations and activities for children.
The festival runs from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday, July 29; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, July 30; and 11 a.m. to -7 p.m. Sunday, July 31 at Kenosha Harbor, 6th Avenue and 54th Street, Kenosha.
