MONROE - Green County Cheese Days has completed the slate for the "royal family" for the 2016 festival. Simon Zimmerman and Delaney Sweeney will serve as prince and princess this year. Simon, the son of Travis and Kayla Zimmerman, is an 8-year-old student at New Glarus Elementary.
