Celebrating Our Past
The Norman English home, 1910 10th St., Monroe, was formerly owned by Emery Odell, who founded The Monroe Evening Times in 1898. Odell served as publisher of the newspaper until his death in January of 1953. (Photo from Odell Genealogy, published 1935)
