MONROE - Candidates in local congressional and state assembly races will take part in a forum sponsored by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Gunderson Stiles Concert Hall at Monroe Arts Center.
Taking part in the forum are incumbent Tammy Baldwin, a Democrat, and Republican challenger Chad Lee for the Second Congressional District; incumbent Jon Erpenbach, a Democrat, and Republican challenger Kurt Schlicht for the 27th State Senate seat; and Republican Dan Henke and Democrat Janis Ringhand, who are vying for the open seat in the 80th Assembly District.
There will be handicap accessibility with a live feed in Wesley Hall at MAC.
