Incumbents Doreen Sies and Rene Nicholson (running as a write-in candidate) are seeking re-election to the Monticello village board. Larry Strauss and Robert Harvey are also running for the three seats open.

We have streets that need repairing. How to resolve it, getting them fixed.
What are other key issues facing the district/board, and how would you work to resolve them?
We also have equipment that needs to be replaced. It comes down to finding the money in the budget to get the things we need to have.
Why are you the best candidate for this office?
I have been on the village board for two years now and have learn alot about the village and what makes it run. I want to see this village grow. I volunteer my time to help out the committee club as I can. I helped the Lions Club clean up the wishing well out at the lake. I would like to continue being on the village board to be a part of what makes this village wonderful.
