Top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve them?

Downtown parking has been an issue, I would like to work with area businesses to find ways to maximum the parking available to make their businesses easier to access during busy times. I would like to listen to the concerns of the citizens to help understand how I am able to help with other needs throughout the village. We are a small community with so much to offer.
