What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?
The jail and the nursing home need to be brought up to modern day standfards. I will strive to find a way to accomplish this while keeping the tax levy low.
What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?
Green County cannot operate in a vacuum. Drug addiction, homelessness, affordable housing, good paying jobs for our residents, caring for our frail elderly and handicapped are all issues that the county faces. These are issues that can only be solved through cooperation from federal, state and local units of government.
