What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?
Budgeting: We need to work to stay within our limits. The money that we do have should be directed to where it is needed most and we need to work harder on denying money to areas where it is not needed.
What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?
Our Image and Public Relations: Darlington has had some issues in the past year, especially with the referendum, and our image has taken a hit. We need to refocus on the academic accomplishments of our students and involvement in the community. We need to make it our top priority to make Darlington appealing to families moving to the area by showcasing the success of our current and previous students.
