What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?

Keeping our roads in good condition with the lack of funds available for improvements. We have cut back on the miles of seal coating done each year. We are trying to do more patching when possible.



What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?

Funding for equipment needed for our volunteer Fire Department.

Work closely with the Gratiot Village Board and Fire Department. Apply for Grants.



Why are you the best candidate for this office?

I have lived and worked in Gratiot Township most of my life. I have many yeaars of experience on the Township Board. I feel I can, and have listened to problems that have come up, and have been able to help the board find solutions that are fair for everyone concerned.
