What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?

As a lifelong village resident, I want to be able to create a transparent partnership between village residents and the village board for decision making issues and allow for residents to openly express concerns and needs.

What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?

Issues that I believe to be important as well as require review and needs assessments start with, but are not limited to sewer management, broadband availability, lake restoration, budgetary reviews, street infrastructure, cost effective savings for the village and others. I am very willing to listen to the village populous pertaining to any issues or concerns they have as well and want to lead with an "open door" policy to make all residents aware of choices and decisions made on their behalf.

I would also like to develop a strategic business plan to review compatibility to encourage and entice light industry to our area for development. We have such a beautiful community to live in and we need to make it appealing for businesses to want to come here and develop our community growth
