MONROE - A Brodhead man was charged Tuesday with third-degree sexual assault after he reportedly had sexual contact with a woman without her consent. Aaron Michael Martin, 45, faces a Class G felony charge of third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident Saturday, when Martin initiated sexual contact with a woman in a Brodhead residence despite her repeated objections, according to a police report.
