MONROE - An overnight break-in has caused the cancellation of Sunday hockey games and practices at the StateLine Ice and Community Expo in Monroe.

Monroe Police Department personnel were processing the scene Sunday morning. The public was not being allowed in the facility. No information was available on whether there was damage done inside the facility, or the extent of any damages.

Efforts were under way to have SLICE ready to host an open skate scheduled for 4 p.m. today.
