MONROE - A stretch of Bethel Road, just north of Franklin Road has been closed due to a one-vehicle crash at about 7:25 p.m.
Green County Sheriff's Department personnel and Monroe Ambulance were called to the scene. It appears at least two people were being extracted from the vehicle.
The circumstances of the crash are unknown, but the vehicle is in a field west of Bethel Road.
At about 7:46 p.m. Med-Flight helicopter arrived to transport the injured. A second helicopter was also called.
Franklin Road remains open.
