Breakfast on the Farm set for May 31

MONTICELLO - The Green County Agricultural Chest will host Breakfast on the Farm from 6 to 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31 at Roe Farms Partnership, N5670 Gutzmer Road. The breakfast is hosted by Dan and Sally Roe and their children, Natalie, Nick and Alex, along with Dan's parents, Donald and Karen Roe.

The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children age 6 through 10 and children 5 and under are free. Menu items include scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, homemade coffee cakes, Sassy Cow ice cream, strawberries, milk, coffee and orange juice.

Buses will pick up guests at the Monroe Walmart parking lot and Monticello Schools and transport them to and from the breakfast site.

The Soggy Prairie Boys and John Komperd and Donna Watts will provide live entertainment.

Breakfast chairpersons are Judy Gill, Sue Hellenbrand and Craig Kamholz.
