MONROE - The Green County Ag Chest 34th annual Breakfast on the Farm is set for 6 to 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25 on Jeff and Katie Falk's Southern Ridge Cow Palace, W7744 Smock Valley Road.

The cost of the meal is $5 for adults, $3 for ages 6 through 10 and free for ages 5 and under. The meal includes scrambled eggs, sausage, homemade coffee cake, cheese, milk, juice, coffee and ice cream.

The Greg Anderson Band, the Juda Jazz Band and John Komperda/Donna Watts will be performing at the breakfast. There will also be wagon rides, an arts and crafts fair, a tractor display, a petting zoo and a corn box for small children to play in. The Dairy Queens will also have samples of Greek yogurt from Klondike Cheese.

At 8 a.m., there will be a short program at the main stage, including and introduction for the Falk Family and the current Dairy Queens, a presentation of the Farm Bureau essay contest winners, and the announcement of the 2013-14 Green County Fairest of the Fair.
