MONROE - The Monroe school district has set dates for public informational meetings on an $8 million, four-year non-recurring referendum on the April 5 ballot. The community informational meeting schedule on the referendum is as follows:
- Tuesday, March 8 at 7 p.m. at Parkside School
- Wednesday, March 16 at 5:15 p.m. at St. Victor's School
- Tuesday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at the Monroe Public Library
The board Monday also approved the resignations of Loren Homb, a sixth grade teacher at Monroe Middle School, Laurie Vierthaler, a counselor at Monroe Middle School; and Phyliss Ziegler, a speech and language clinician.
