The Black Hawk Technical College Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 3 p.m. in the Galbraith/Terrace Room at the Janesville Country Club. Agenda items include financial statements and quarterly updates, including on the Public Safety and Transportation Training Center Project and WTCS Consortium; approval of Resolution awarding sale of $5 million general obligation school building bonds and approval of modifications to the Fiscal Year 2020-21 budget.
